Real estate and personal property taxes are due December 31.  The first half of the tax becomes delinquent on the following May 1 and the second half becomes delinquent on September 1.

Along with your payment, please include your statement(s) or parcel ID number and phone number.  If you need assistance, please call 402-288-5615.

NOTICE OF MEETING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF KNOX COUNTY, NEBRASKA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That a regular meeting of the Knox County Board of Supervisors will be held at 9:30 a.m. on March 30, 2023, in the Board of Supervisors’ meeting room at the Knox County Courthouse in Center, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk; however, the Board upon convening shall have the right to modify the agenda.  The agenda is also available for viewing on the Knox County website at www.co.knox.ne.us.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:

That a regular meeting of the Knox County Board of Equalization will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 30, 2023, in the Board of Supervisors’ meeting room at the Knox County Courthouse in Center, Nebraska, which meeting will be open to the public.  An agenda for the meeting is kept continuously current and is available for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk; however, the Board upon convening shall have the right to modify the agenda.  The agenda is also available for viewing on the Knox County website at www.co.knox.ne.us.

PUBLIC NOTICE 

Notice is hereby given that the Knox County Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting and public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s Room at the Knox County Courthouse, 206 Main, Center, NE.  The meeting is open to the public.  All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The intent of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding the Replat of Middle East Landing, Knox County, Nebraska, preliminary plat of Riverpoint Bay Subdivision, Knox County, Nebraska and to approve new zoning regulations.
